This approves the house outside of your local codes department. This means you do not need your code department to inspect it. The process has already been done by Empire.

We have worked for two years with the surrounding counties along with many different engineers and architects in order to finally get approved by the state of Tennessee to put our Tiny Homes on foundations in Tennessee legally. We have went through all the trials and errors to be able to bring our products to the public.
