Wooden Tiny houses
When it says wooden built Tiny house it just means its built out of wood. These houses are currently only available in two floor plans. The Tiny Home Studio and The In law Suite. Both floor plans are very similar and have been inspected and certified by Engineers and have been approved by the State of Tennessee. Let's Get into the two floors plans then we will talk more about the detail in the building.
Floor Plan 1: Tiny Home Studio.....
As you can see in the Tiny Home Studio it has everything a regular size house does. The 14'x36' interior finish will have a farm house feel to it with shiplap walls and ceilings and a dark walnut wood accented touches.
The building will be built with 2x4's on 16" centers in the walls and ceiling. The floor joist will be 2x6"s on 16" centers. With plenty of outlet plugs it will have a 200 amp service. It has a mini split large enough to cover it's square footage. A hot constant hot water heater to keep the water warm. It comes with luxury vinyl tile flooring and has all the kitchen cabinets a tiny house would need. With a shower/bath combo the bathroom also has hookups for a stackable washer and dryer. This house comes with many 3x3 windows and two doors for entrance and exit. The bedroom is big enough for a queen size bed to fit comfortable.
Real Studio Samples....
As far as the outside of the Studio is concerned we use Vinyl siding with cedar shutters and energy efficient metal roofing. All windows are double pane and gas charged. The plumbing and electrical is conveniently placed along the outside wall for easy hookup.
Floor Plan 2: In Law Suite......
Much like the Studio the In Law Suite is constructed the same but it has a little different placement of thing, In has the stackable washer and dryer near the back door much like a mud room. The front door has a hall way leading into the living room. There is a door that leads to the bedroom where a queen size bed can easily be placed. There is also a pretty good size closet inside the bedroom. This floor plan is much more like a guest house and isn't as much opened up as the studio.
